Recommended substrate conditions and temperature:

1. Remove all oil or grease, soluble contaminants and other foreign matters. All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry and free from contamination.
2. Apply in good weather, don’t let coating contact any liquid like water or other solvent before completely dry. No painting work be carried out in rainy day outdoor ,if the humidity is above 85%, please stop painting
3. The temperature of substrate should be above 5℃, lower temperature might not dry or cause a long time to dry

Air Spray:           Nozzle orifice: 1.5-2.5mm

Nozzle Pressure: 0.3-0.5MPa MP

Airless Spray       Nozzle orifice: 0.4-0.5mm

                    Nozzle Pressure: 12-15MPa

Brush :           Use soft bursh

Recommended Primer:  RSL primer series

Over coating Interval

Storage temperature : 5-30℃ in well ventilated warehouse
